How pick-up works at Hard Rock Punta Cana
The shuttle waits at the main lobby, tour shuttle bay. You do not need to book anything through the hotel: we confirm your exact pick-up time on WhatsApp the evening before, and the driver messages you again on arrival so you are never left waiting in the sun.
Bring reef-safe sunscreen, closed shoes for the ATV or zipline, swimwear for the cave swim, and a little cash for tips or photos. Everything else — helmet, goggles, water and the guide — is included in the price.
