When you make a reservation we collect the information you submit in the booking form: your name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, hotel pick-up, tour selection, date, number of guests and any special requests.

We also store basic technical attribution (such as the page that referred you) to understand how guests find our tours.

• All traffic to this site is served over HTTPS (TLS) so data in transit is encrypted.
• Bookings are stored in a managed database with row-level security. Reservation details are only readable by our team; they are not exposed to other visitors.
• New reservations are created through a server-side function that validates pricing and tour data, so booking amounts cannot be tampered with from the browser.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.

We use your contact information to confirm your reservation, share pick-up details, send your voucher and answer questions about your tour. If you started a booking but didn't finish, we may use your email to send a one-time reminder.

We do not sell your personal data. We share booking details only with the local operators we partner with to deliver the tour you booked, and with payment processors strictly to charge your card.
